Cancellation Policy
~ rescheduling or cancellations must be done 48 hours in advance to your appointment date and time to avoid any fees.
~ any appointments rescheduled or canceled less than 48 hours will be charged $20- $40.
~ if you cancel your appointment same day there will be a 50% inconvenience fee.
~ no call/ no shows will pay 100% inconvenience fee prior to booking future appointments.
Please be on time. I have a 15 minute grace period before you are charged a $10 late fee. If you are more than 20 minutes late your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged the $40 fee.
If no call/ no show happens two times you will no longer be put on my books.
